Branding Initiative to Reflect Substance, Innovation, Simplicity, Reliability

DEERFIELD BEACH, FL, April 8, 2013 – Capstone Companies, Inc. (OTCQB: CAPC), a leader in the design and manufacture of specialty power failure lighting solutions and innovator of consumer safety and security products for the Hospitality, Retail and Institutional channels, announced today that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Capstone Industries, Inc., will be rolling out its branding initiative at the 2013 National Hardware Show (NHS) being held at the Las Vegas Convention Center in Las Vegas, NV from May 7 through May 9, 2013.
